Every now and then, I like to step away from the logistical side of fair trade and dive into my personal creative world. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have already seen glimpses of my interpretive portrait work. I love sketching faces—capturing fashion models or people I know—and using Photoshop to blend my artistic style with Dunitz & Company's fair trade earrings. My style is completely interpretive and expressive rather than precise, and about once a year, I love gathering my favorite pieces all into one gallery. Creating these portraits is a joyful creative outlet for me, and it is always fun to see how the earrings take on a completely new life through an interpretive lens.
